Shareholder Rights
As token holders, individuals are considered shareholders of the DAOs, granting them ownership and a stake in the assets held within each DAO. This ownership structure ensures that token holders have a direct say in the management and direction of the assets they are invested in.
However, if inactive, an investor can only profit from the sale of their tokens. To be eligible for operational dividends, each investor will need to be active and participate in a high percentage (to be determined) of all DAO activities or votings.
This will also protect the project and your investment, since, as an active participant in the decision-making process and general administration of the DAO, your profits will be the result of your own activity, thus preventing this project from being categorized as a security, which is not our goal. We aim for shared ownership and asset management.
