Ownership:

It will also allow our investors and community to become, de facto, owners or co-owners of the assets. By enabling ownership or co-ownership of assets, LaresDAO empowers individuals to have a direct stake in the assets they invest in, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility within the community.

DAO:

Each new asset will originate a new DAO so all co-owners can manage the asset together proportionally, without external interference. Through the decentralized governance structure of DAOs, LaresDAO ensures that decision-making power is distributed proportionally among all stakeholders, allowing for transparent and inclusive management of assets.

Participation:

Active participation in the DAO will unlock rewards and increase investors' earnings, thus promoting a community management model shared by all. By actively participating in asset management, investors become eligible for dividend sharing. Additionally, this active involvement ensures that the assets cannot be considered securities, as they do not correspond to profits derived solely from the efforts of third parties.

Utility:

Our native token will be our official currency, used for all project's financial transactions such as purchases or dividends payments, giving it real utility.
